***100% Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Architect to join our Digital Transformation team and help lead our modernization efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and implementing the migration of our software development teams to newer architectures, approaches, and standards. This role is critical in shaping our technology roadmap and ensuring our systems are modern, scalable, and efficient.

Responsibilities and Duties:
•Lead the architectural design and implementation of new systems and technology upgrades.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
•Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
•Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to support business objectives.
•Define and document application architecture standards and best practices.
•Lead and participate in architectural discussions and decisions.
•Stay current with industry trends and best practices in application architecture.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
•10 years of experience in application architecture, design, and development
•Expertise in Spring Boot, Python, Angular, Vue, React, or similar technologies.
•Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
•Strong understanding of design patterns and architectural principles
•Experience with modern software development methodologies (Agile and DevOps)
•Excellent communication and leadership skills
•Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Note:
•The selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
•This position is 100% remote. Out-of-state candidates are accepted. East Coast strongly preferred.

Required / Desired Skills

Experience in application architecture, design, and development (Required 10 Years)
Expertise in Spring Boot, Python, Angular, Vue, React, or similar technologies (Required 10 Years)
Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure (Required 10 Years)
Experience with modern software development methodologies (Agile and DevOps) (Required 10 Years)
