Our new Cancer Center opened August 2023 in Valdese, NC. Located minutes off the I-40 corridor, UNC Health Blue Ridge is about 1 hour northwest of Charlotte, 1 hour south of Boone, and 1 hour east of Asheville.
Opportunity Highlights:
Predominately Outpatient practice Network with nationally renowned cancer specialists on complex cases 8a-5p Monday-Thursday, 8a-12n Friday Hospital employed position through Blue Ridge Medical Group Caseload 13-15 Patients/day 1:3 Call Opportunity for involvement in Tumor Board and Cancer Committee Support for our patients includes Patient Navigators Cancer support groups Healing and exercise programs – yoga, tai chi, massage, and aromatherapy Wellness programs – nutrition counseling and weight management Confidential spiritual care from our Chaplains Genetic counseling
