Position Description: Overview:We are partnering with a distinguished client to launch a pop-up event for their Addiction Tokyo makeup line in Aventura Mall, October 4th-17th. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious makeup brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting in the promotion of the product line. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-end makeup lines within a luxury retail setting, be proficient in tracking daily metrics, and have experience with makeup consultations and assisting walk-in traffic.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Luxury Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by offering personalized makeup consultations, demonstrating product application techniques, and providing expert advice tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Sales and Promotion: Actively engage with customers to promote the Addiction Tokyo products, answer questions, and provide detailed product information, driving sales and enhancing brand loyalty.
  • Makeup Consultations: Conduct thorough makeup consultations to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Walk-In Traffic Assistance: Efficiently manage and assist walk-in customers, ensuring they receive prompt, courteous, and attentive service.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Addiction Tokyo makeup line, including product benefits, application techniques, and available shades, to effectively educate and inspire customers.
  • Metrics Tracking: Accurately track daily sales metrics and provide detailed reporting to the team lead, using these insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Inventory and Display Management: Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining a visually appealing and orderly display.
  • Event Participation: Actively participate in all aspects of the pop-up event, contributing to a dynamic and engaging customer experience and the successful promotion of the product line.
Qualifications and Skills:
