As the Dining Room Coordinator you will lead and supervise restaurant servers / waitstaff, manage the scheduling and daily assignments and ensure an exceptional dining room experience for our guests.

Restaurant Server/Wait staff experience required

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Coordinating total dining room operation in a hands-on dining service position including interviewing, hiring and training of restaurant servers.Supervising, coordinating and assisting with the service and cleaning of all dining spaces.Developing work schedules and daily assignments for dining room servers.Maintaining strict sanitary standards as dictated by company policy and health department regulations.Ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their guests.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS? High School diploma or equivalent Proficient in verbal and written EnglishPositive, engaging and team oriented attitudePrevious supervisor or lead experience in food service / hospitality / waitstaff related roleKnowledge of Cleaning Standards in a commercial food operation WE CARE ABOUT YOU
