This unique opportunity offers a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and community engagement are celebrated. The Child Care Center Director will play a key role in advancing the university's mission by providing high-quality child care services that support the success of students, faculty, staff, and the broader community. Key Responsibilities in S trategic Leadership and Vision: •Develop and implement a strategic vision for the child care center that aligns with the university's goals and values.•Lead efforts to enhance the center's reputation as a premier destination for child care, education, and enrichment.•Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement among staff and stakeholders. Operational Management:  Lead a Team •Be the leader of the team that oversees aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and training. •Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and university policies and procedures.•Collaborate with university departments and stakeholders to integrate the child care center into campus life and resources. Program Development and Curriculum Innovation: Being part of the Vision •Enhance the use of developmentally appropriate curriculum and enrichment programs that reflect best practices in early childhood education.•Promote a diverse and inclusive learning environment that celebrates the unique backgrounds and experiences of children and families.•Encourage and support staff in incorporating innovative teaching methods, technology, and interdisciplinary approaches into the curriculum. Community Engagement and Partnerships:  Grow your Network •Cultivate positive relationships with university students, faculty, staff, and administrators to promote awareness and utilization of the child care center.•Collaborate with local organizations, businesses, and community partners to expand access to high-quality child care services for families in the surrounding area.
