• Pay range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000
• Company-supplied van

What We Want From You

• To be the expert in multiple trade areas (Carpentry, Flooring, Painting, Drywall, Tile, etc.).
• To have experience in estimating time and materials to complete small jobs.
• To have 8+ years of paid experience in those areas and other related maintenance skills areas.
• To have your own tools.
• To be a problem solver for our customers.
• To be a team player but also someone who enjoys working independently most of the time.
• To live in Gloucester or Salem Counties in New Jersey.
• To be able to bring pictures of the work that you have done & be able to discuss your estimating skills at your interview.
