Shell Construction Manager

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and well-connected professional to join our clients team as a Shell Construction Manager. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of overseeing the construction of homes from layout to roof completion. With an annual output of approximately 250 homes in Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres, we are poised for growth and expansion, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to lead shell construction operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Supervision and Coordination: Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring seamless coordination from layout through roof construction.
  • Expertise in Construction: Bring a wealth of experience in supervisory roles within reputable Shell Contractors or subcontractors. Possess in-depth knowledge of concrete, masonry, and framing processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational capabilities, coupled with a diligent work ethic. As a key team player, contribute to the efficiency and success of the construction team.
  • Subcontractor Management: Leverage a substantial network of potential slab, masonry, and framing subcontractors. This may indicate experience at least at the Area Manager level for a shell contractor.
  • Project Management: Capably manage the shell construction process for approximately 25-30 homes concurrently, ensuring quality and timeliness.

 

Qualifications:

 
  • Proven supervisory experience in a reputable Shell Contractor or subcontractor setting.
  • Extensive construction expertise in concrete, masonry, and framing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong work ethic, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Established network of potential subcontractors, indicating a likely background as an Area Manager for a shell contractor.
  • Ability to effectively manage the shell construction process for 25-30 homes simultaneously.
