Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep is seeking client-focused, motivated individuals to join our sales team At Chapman, we’ve reinvented the car buying process, making it easier than ever for customers to purchase their dream vehicle, by offering client support in person, online and over the phone to meet each customer’s individual needs and shopping preferences. When you join our team, you will provide our customers knowledgeable support throughout the entire sales process, so they leave the dealership feeling confident about their vehicle purchase.

Convert visitors into customers by asking questions to understand their needs and pairing them with a vehicle that fits their lifestyle Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicle features and organize test drives Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork Deliver sold vehicles and follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments, logging all activity in the CRM systemDesired Qualifications and Experience:
Previous automotive sales experience and in-depth knowledge of automotive models, specifications, and the latest industry trends is crucial for success in this role Commitment to customer satisfaction and demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to overcome objections Proficient computer skills including data entry, typing, internet usage and the ability to learn and utilize new technology Bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish is a plus Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningHours and Work Environment
We are open Monday – Saturday 8am to 9pm. We ask that all candidates have open availability to work during these business hours. We offer a 5-day workweek, and we are closed all Sundays. This is an onsite position, and requires working with customers in person as well as online and over the phone.
