The TCO Tech role involves providing level 2 deskside technician support in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include deskside services and manufacturing support, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, and setting up/configuring computers for new users. The candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills, as well as reliability. A+ certification is preferred, with a requirement to obtain it within 6 months of hire. Experience in AD administration, SCCM, Exchange 2010, Service Now ticketing system, executive support, VPN/MFA, troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, Windows 10, O365 Console, Canon Secure Print, HP printer troubleshooting, Zebra printer, and Workspace One is necessary. All resources must be fully vaccinated, and a client-specific background check is required.

Key Responsibilities

What you’ll need to succeed

Self-directed individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. 

3+ years of experience in providing excellent customer-focused skills. 

Experience with Microsoft Teams, SSCM, Asset Management, machine imaging, ServiceNow, and Citrix preferred. 

Familiarity with Mac/Apple device support is a plus. 

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
