As the Sales Manager in our East region, you will fulfill the needs of a fast-growing company by ensuring the retention of our valued Dealerships and Agents by providing exceptional service. We are looking for an experienced professional with the keen ability to engage our clients, respond to their varied inquiries regarding our products and services, as well as probe for additional sales opportunities.

At Alpha Warranty, you’ll have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with members of our awesome team for success in your job responsibilities, which, in addition to what we’ve described above, also include:

Regularly contacting current accounts to ensure client retention. Working with agency partners to acquire new accounts. Developing and conducting training for new clients. Supporting accounts to increase production using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and various Alpha Warranty Services marketing tools. Monitoring market trends and acting on approved opportunities for account growth and new business. Handling challenging situations related to dispute resolution, ensuring all client concerns or issues are appropriately resolved. Maintaining understanding of and clearly communicating our programs and services to clients. Supporting team members to ensure daily production goals and client needs are met. Measuring and reporting results.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required. Bilingual Spanish / English is also preferred, but not required. Your automotive experience and interest are a plus, but not required.
