Team Overview:
We are the Operational Excellence Team for Celebrity Cruises Global Contact Center, accountable for the Continuous improvement and Change Management programmes to deliver better than best in class customer service - maximising revenue opportunities and driving a cost efficient operating model. We work collaboratively across all lines of business within the contact center organization, pre and post cruise, in addition to our key contacts within other business units - ie: IT/Revenue/Marketing/Sales/Shared Services.
Internship Overview:
VOC - analysing data from our customer survey programme - identifying trends and providing insights for guest experience improvements. AI - we have a number of AI projects which require data analytics to ensure that we find continuous improvement opportunities as we roll out guest self service. To compile reports and document outcomes from the analytics/insights completed. In addition the individual will have the opportunity to network across our BtoB and BtoC channels building a strong insight into the Cruise Industry, working along side a number of different functions.Qualifications :
Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor degree program in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026. Must be willing to be based in South Florida from June 2nd – August 8th, 2025 A minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA is preferred Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis Strong analytical skills Self-driven and motivated Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) Emulates pride, passion and commitment for their job and conveys excitement and enthusiasm for RCL.
