Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you This role is a dual position assisting both the restaurant and pool outlets for the hotel. It is more than serving food, but rather providing an enjoyable Food & Beverage experience exceeding the guest’s expectations. Restaurant/Pool Servers anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options.
What you will do:
Create an outstanding dining experience Anticipate and understand the needs of guest's and co-worker's Use guest name and remember preferences Provide friendly and prompt service to guests Set up and break down of pool area Move umbrellas and chairs for guests, where necessary Replenish guest water and change soiled towels when needed Assist with preparation and distribution of hourly pool amenities Deliver five-star serviceWhat you bring:
Positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach Strong work ethic which includes a drive to grow, improve and learn everyday Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest Energetic and professional approach to his/her craft Calm composure under pressure Excellent people skills by means of a friendly, kind and likeable personality Restaurant experience preferred Hospitality-oriented and willing to go above and beyond for our guests Ability to work outdoors in sunny and warm conditions Ability to work in a fast paced work environments Knowledge of MICROS preferred One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred TIPS and ServSafe certifications required Work authorization in the United StatesWhat we offer:
