Essential Functions

: Generates district work plans and schedules that ensure resources are available to meet workload demands. Provides contingency plans to rebalance workload.Monitors current and future workload to ensure district plans and schedules maximize productivity, control costs and meets or exceeds service level agreements (SLA’s).Creates and maintains accurate short and long-term forecasting and staffing models that ensure the effective utilization of distribution resources.Schedules and assigns procedures as required with internal and external crews. Planners work closely with various departments to track, schedule and assign compliance and mandated program work to meet all compliance dates.Ensures that all projects are executed and closed out in a timely, accurate and cost-effective manner and according to Company policy.Prepares weekly and monthly workload status reports for management.

Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Requires working and technical knowledge of specific Distribution departmental activities including construction standards, operating and maintenance procedures and regulations related to Distribution field activityAbility to use PC desktop applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Work Management and spreadsheets)Strong analytical skills and demonstrated skill in workload planning and resource allocationBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, related discipline or equivalent experience

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years in Gas Operations or related field

Compensation and Benefits:

Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. The annual salary range for this position is $91800 to $102000 plus incentive. Salary is commensurate with your experience. Check out the career site for an overview of our benefits.

Working Conditions:

Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.This position is categorized as safety-sensitive for the purpose of drug testing. Successful applicants shall be subject to a pre-assignment drug test if the individual is currently in a non-safety sensitive position. As an employee in this position the individual shall be subject to random drug testing. A positive drug test will result in disciplinary action.
