Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Description: Soliant is partnering with a school district in Boston, MA, to hire a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 care for a first-grade student. This student has been diagnosed with global developmental delay and cerebral palsy. The nurse will be needed to accompany the student on the bus and provide care throughout the school day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 nursing care for a first-grade student with global developmental delay and cerebral palsy.
- Assist the student on the bus to and from school.
- Monitor and support the students medical needs during the school day.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure the students safety and well-being.
- Implement and follow the student's individualized health care plan.
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:15 AM - 2:45 PM
- Wednesday: 8:15 AM - 2:15 PM
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience working with pediatric patients, particularly those with developmental delays and cerebral palsy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a school environment.
