Job Description:
- Experience with data structures and schema of Meditech systems.
- Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and clinical teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy and completeness during the migration process.
- Create and maintain documentation related to data migration procedures, methodologies, and progress reports.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process, performing data validation and reconciliation as needed.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any data migration issues, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks proactively.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate the migrated data's accuracy and functionality within the Meditech system.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure patient data privacy and adherence to regulatory requirements during the migration
