Schedule:
Full-Time, Weekdays (4 days/week) Periodic Saturday Clinics (4 hours/day, rotating weekends)Work Location/Travel: Â

Make a difference providing care for first responders and their families, focusing on preventative wellness services and mindful lifestyles Collaborate with top-caliber family medicine, mental health, physical therapy, and integrative healing providers in one inter-disciplinary practice Receive direct support from practice Founder/Medical Director in an independent, pioneering clinic setting Advance your scope of family medicine/sports medicine practice through in-clinic mentorship Deliver in-depth, patient-centered care, based on proactive health and wellness objectives (comprehensive visits and longer appointment times) Practice in an advanced environment emphasizing innovation and specialized protocols Shape the direction of new clinic as inaugural medical provider Enter a leadership track to potentially advance into an Associate Medical Director role, based on performance and leadership What Youâ€ll Bring:
Your passion and ability to provide broad-spectrum family medicine services (no OB) in an outpatient clinic environment, spanning in-depth, duty-specific annual wellness exams and leading-edge cardiac and cancer screenings; occupational/sports medicine and continuity family care; and mental health screening Interest in mentorship to learn the basics of exercise physiology and develop proficiency in exercise cardiac stress testing Desire to adopt ERHCâ€s “depth-of-care†standards for highly responsive, patient-centered care Interest in mentorship and independent study toward mastering specialized clinical protocols, including understanding of first responder occupational health, workplace exposures and risks, and culture Investment of time and talent in furthering ERHCâ€s mission and clinic modelCompensation/Benefits:  Competitive, incentive-based salary starting at $250,000, with the opportunity to earn generous bonus compensation based on productivity and performance. Relocation stipend available for candidates residing outside of immediate clinic region.
