The intern, EHS will develop a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in the Construction industry.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training.
  • Assist in conducting internal impact assessments and audits.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing safety data.
  • Helps to support routine safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute with the review of safety policies.
  • Participates in drills and exercises to ensure readiness for potential incidents.
  • Helps to create and maintain EHS files and records.
  • Other duties as assigned
Show your expertise
  • Pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field required
  • At least a 3.0 GPA preferred
  • Must be at least in Junior year of college
  • Prior experience as an intern in a project team environment preferred
  • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Construction Management, Environmental Health.).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with a construction site is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
