Looking for feeder/groom. You must have experience handling and taking care of horses on a large scale. We have everything including ponies, retired show horses, broodmares, young stock, race horses both in training and repurposed. This position includes feeding both morning and evening. There are various stalls to clean, but most horses are outside in small groups. Feeding takes approximately 2 hours in the morning and 3 hours at night. Sometimes this is reversed depending on time of year and weather. Additionally, there are about 3 hours of grooming, bandaging, lunging, putting horse on walker, etc. A great job for someone who enjoys horses, but doesn't want a riding job. Perfect for retired horse person or could be a working student position to include instruction/coaching.
RequirementsThis position could be part-time, depending on days/hours you are available. Compensation will be adjusted.
