Marmon Industrial Water designs and manufactures water and wastewater treatment equipment solutions, under the brand names Graver Water Systems and Ecodyne. Our technologies include raw water pretreatment, filtration, ion exchange, demineralization, degasification, hot lime softening, boiler make-up, condensate polishing, wastewater treatment, cooling, and oil/water separation for markets such as petrochemical/chemical, power generation and heavy industrial plants. 

The Document Control Admin will assist in the daily operation of an engineering design office associated with large domestic and international projects. Position is responsible for the processing of all (customer and vendor) incoming and outgoing engineering transmittals as well as general office administrative support.

Responsibilities

Offer comprehensive document control support including tasks such as transmitting, receiving, and organizing project documentation, tracking submittals, managing project transmittal files, maintaining electronic filing systems, and interfacing with customer project document websites. Follow established standards and procedures for the transmission, tracking, filing, storage, maintenance, and reporting of documents, drawings, and electronic media. Provide general office administrative support to include but not limited to: phone and office receptionist duties, attending and/or hosting meetings, preparing meeting minutes and office file management.

Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience +1 year experience working in environment where engineering or product documentation & standards is preferred (eg, for an Engineering, Architectural or similar firm) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Office and Access is essential with additional experience in internet-based applications. Familiarity with MS Access or other databases is be considered a plus Flexible with strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi task Accurate and efficient typing and computer data entry abilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Demonstrates a collaborative and positive demeanor, fostering productive interactions both independently and within a team.
