Lower Elementary (K-5) Teacher – Michigan Teacher Certificate K-5 All Subjects
Salary: Per SCEA Master Agreement
Direct Supervisor: Building Principal

Qualifications:
Must be highly qualified and certified to teach in the State of Michigan and possess a Michigan Teacher Certificate K-5 All Subjects Endorsement Must possess the ability to deliver effective classroom instruction and management Must possess a strong desire to work with elementary school-aged students and their parents Must possess a willingness to participate in a variety of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities including staff and curriculum development Must possess a willingness to work as part of a building team for the improvement of instruction Must possess a willingness to adapt to continuous change Must possess excellent communication skills when engaging with students, parents, and colleagues Must possess a demonstrated mental/physical ability and stamina for meeting the requirements of the position Punctual, regular, & consistent attendance is required.FLSA Status: Exempt
