About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Consultant to support the strategic Client Insights Virtual Banker initiative: This resource will be a key member of the Product Team responsible for managing the design, implementation, and management of a new platform delivering predictive insights and recommendations to our Bankers to optimize Banker-Client engagement.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a Business Execution Consultant to Commercial Bank Sales Enablement and Sales Teams to drive UI/UX design initiatives, and develop insights delivery to key stakeholders and sales managers.
  • Lead the resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to SDLC Business Analysis and Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Agile SDLC delivery methodology.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts and end user to produce product roadmap and answer design questions.
  • Align with user roadmaps and journeys to provide value added enhancements to toolset.
  • Provide Product vision, direction, and expertise to Project team and Champions for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.
  • Lead team meetings to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the Program leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Product Management/Product Ownership
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Customer Insights Journeys.
  • Working Knowledge of AI/ML modeling principles.
  • Commercial Banking Financial Services Market exposure
  • Experience with Commercial Client Data Analysis
  • Experience building Commercial c360 product
  • Experience designing Banker Data Driven Insights
  • Experience with JIRA and Agile processes
