ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Conducts walk-throughs to visually assess the hotel property for any maintenance needs.
- Maintains and repairs doors, furniture, hardware, windows, hang artwork and headboards, etc.
- Maintains property grounds by assisting with trash removal, snow removal, landscaping and general maintenance duties.
- Ensures completion of all routine maintenance on guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-the-house spaces, and grounds.
- Communicates effectively with the manager on duty and other staff members to provide superb guest satisfaction.
- Ensures that all rooms and public areas are appropriately presented clean, safe, and sanitary according to all established procedures, performance standards, and specifications.
- Performs other general janitorial and maintenance duties in and around the hotel.
- Trains employees to guarantee proper and productive performance.
- All other duties, as required and directed by the manager on duty.
Requirements
- 2+ years of general maintenance experience is preferred.
- Driver’s License with clean driving record.
