The Project Manager  will be responsible for leading and overseeing project management activities within the organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful project execution and delivery, aligning projects with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budget, and potential risks. Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are assigned and completed on time. Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Ensure proper project closure, including documentation, handover, and final sign-off. Effectively drive buy-in and decisions. Assess impact to projects as events occur and take necessary action to preserve delivery success. Experience with project planning or road mapping. Provide balanced status reporting from stakeholders. Develop a cadence that keeps the project moving forward. Uphold IT processes to all parties and ensure that the process is followed. Must be the voice of reason and authority with the ability to make tough calls. Coach multiple teams in implementing and practicing waterfall or agile principles and methods. Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure backlog items are properly and fully defined prior to next phase. Hold teams accountable for meeting commitments. Partner with IT to identify and resolve impediments and barriers. Work closely with the Customers, Management, and stakeholders on all active projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree highly preferred. Will consider a high school diploma/GED with relevant work experience. Prefer at least years of experience as a Project Manager in Retail or related service industries. Understanding of data cleaning techniques and processes. Understanding of project management tools, waterfall and agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures. Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Must be ability to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional colleagues and form team-oriented environment. Must have the ability to lead by influence, not by authority. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software. Open to completing PMP Certification as a future goal.
