ID: 49225266 Shift: 08:00-16:30 Description: READ EXPERIENCE FULLY Hospital: Methodist Northeast Hospital Location: San Antonio, TX Unit: Non-Invasive Cardiology (744) Classification: Echo Sonographer Shift Detail: Days w/ Call Building/Floor/Suite information of unit : 2 south General Information Shift Details- Please correct information below if needed: Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift/Workdays: Days w/ Call Weekend Discuss during interview Call Requirements: Yes Guaranteed Hours: 36 Special Skills/Experience required: 2 years + Other Helpful or Misc. or RDCS required ***All candidates are required to float, while on the interview please inform candidate of the Methodist Floating Policy*** Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Type of equipment : Philips IE33 and Epiq CVX Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: days Floating policy: As needed Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) Complete Echocardiograms independently Knowledge of Anatomy and disease process 2+ Years of Hospita Experience BLS ARDMS Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) TEE Stress Echoes Vascular Meditech Experience Preferred Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (ECHO TECH) Active RCS or RDCS ARDMS REQUIRED Procedures performed on unit: 75-80/ day mostly portables Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color o Echo Tech: Sage tops, Black Bottoms Nail Policy Clean and Healthy Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed Tattoos Body art should be covered whenever possible.
