Sean’s Property Services is now scheduling interviews for Christmas Light Installers in Dracut, MA. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Compensation starts at $19-$24/hour, depending on experience, with excellent potential for increased pay. Our benefits package includes:

What We Offer:


  • Training in safety, customer service, and professional light installation.
  • Tools to help you succeed and grow within the company.
  • You will start as a Junior Installer, with hourly pay ranging from $19-$22/hour based on experience. Your goal will be to advance to Senior Installer within a few months, where you can consistently earn $22-$27/hour.
  • The top performers will quickly be promoted to Crew Leader, earning $24+/hour with additional perks and responsibilities.
Basic Requirements:


  • Must be able to lift 90 lbs. and handle ladders safely.
  • Must not be afraid of heights and should be comfortable working on roofs.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be 21 or older.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:


  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
