Haven Hot Chicken is one of the first fully dedicated Nashville Hot Chicken concepts in New England, founded by local restaurateurs Rob LaTronica, Craig Sklar, Jason Sobocinski and Etkin Tekin in the fall of 2020. Serving chicken and vegetarian options ranging from not spicy to very spicy, the menu is rounded out by traditional southern sides.Haven’s menu lists five levels of heat so that guests can experience authentic Nashville Hot Chicken and Not Chicken flavor. After several trips to Nashville and hundreds of test recipes obsessing over every last detail, Chef Rob honed his recipe for the perfect piece of chicken, the Haven recipe.

Haven Hot Chicken (HHC) Team Members are committed to their guests, focused on quality and dedicated to each other. They work with their fellow Team Members, Trainers, Shift Leads and Managers to achieve a successful lunch and dinner service. They are relentless in their pursuit to serve the best Nashville style Hot Chicken and Not Chicken while proudly living our Mission and Values.    


Responsibilities


  • Prioritize the guest experience by actively listening and anticipating their needs.
  • Create personalized experiences for guests by guiding them through the Haven Hot Chicken menu, how to order and recover the guest experience when we do not get it right. 
  • Live HHC mission and values to ensure the culture outlined is seen, heard and felt. 
  • Uphold standard work methods as outlined in operational tools and training to deliver the best Hot and NOT Chicken anyone has ever had.
  • Cross train to learn all roles within the store including front of house and back of house positions.
  • Maintain restaurant equipment and overall environment by partnering with their fellow team members to complete daily and weekly assigned tasks.
  • Contribute to the success of the team by being humble, positive and supportive of others.
  • Accurately ring and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and on occasion 50 pounds. 


Week In the Life


  • Monday- Sunday availability | up to 38 hours/week | Team Members have two days off per week.
  • Time Expectations: During the training period (2 Weeks) you will accelerate through all aspects of the business.
  • Nights and Weekend shifts are part of the job requirements at Haven Hot Chicken to ensure our guests receive the best experience possible.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Team Member Pay: $16 per hour + Tip Pool
  • Tip Pool: average $3 per hour
  • Total Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
  • $12 Daily Shift credit to spend on food
