Summary:
Assists Business Process Team to analyze business processes/systems, identify inefficiencies and required controls, document procedures, track KPIs, etc. Defines high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business (processes, activities, functions, information), applications, and creates business and system use cases or functional specifications Collaborates with internal and external customers to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions Participates in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design Analyzes and suggests areas for cost control and reduction and develops business process flows Works independently and collaborates with junior and senior stakeholders Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence Experience supporting business requirements for large scale applications in the concerned domain Knowledge of Defects tracking and release managementTop skills in order of importance and number of years of experience for each skill.
