POSITION SUMMARY

As an Intern at Constellis, you’ll gain valuable and practical experience working in your field of interest, while networking with other interns and industry professionals. Internships will be paid and candidates must be able to commit to working a hybrid schedule of 35 hours per week for 6-8 weeks between June 10th – August 2nd out of our Herndon, VA or Moyock, NC office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities and projects may include the following:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamicsAnalyze data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks

Process Optimization:

Gather feedback and suggestions to enhance our offeringsCollaborate with teams to streamline existing processesPropose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency

Customer Engagement Initiatives:

Assist in customer meetings and presentationsContribute to customer relationship management strategies

Project Management Support:

Assist Project staff with project planning, scheduling, and coordinationMonitoring project milestones and deliverables

Data Visualization and Reporting:

Create visual dashboards and reports using tools like ExcelSummarize data into actionable insights

These are just examples, and the specific projects may vary based on the team and department. Our goal is to provide interns with valuable experiences that align with their interests and career aspirations

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in a program at a college or university or a recent graduate within the past 12 monthsEnthusiasm: Eager to learn and contributeStrong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleaguesAnalytical thinking and a willingness to analyze processes and propose improvementsAttention to detail for precise in handling data and reportsProficiency in MS Word & ExcelExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work well in a teamLegally authorized to work in the U.S.
