Asa Critical Care Nurse you will provide specialized nursing care topatients with lifethreatening conditions and complex medical needsin intensive care settings. Your expertise will be vital inmonitoring assessing and managing critically ill patients ensuringthe highest standards ofcare.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Conductcomprehensive assessments of critically ill patients includingmonitoring vital signs interpreting diagnostic tests and evaluatingmedicalhistories.
  • Developand implement individualized care plans in collaboration with thehealthcare team addressing the unique needs of eachpatient.
  • Administermedications intravenous therapies and other treatments asprescribed ensuring accuracy and adherence to safetyprotocols.
  • Providecontinuous monitoring and support for patients using advancedmedical equipment andtechnology.
  • Educatepatients and their families about medical conditions treatmentoptions and care processes offering emotional support duringchallengingtimes.
  • Maintainaccurate and detailed patient records documenting assessmentsinterventions and responses totreatment.
  • Collaboratewith interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and make timelydecisions regarding patientmanagement.
  • Staycurrent with advancements in critical care practices protocols andtechnology to enhance patientoutcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an Associate s degree inNursing (ADN) may be accepted with relevantexperience.
  • Activenursing license in insert relevant state orregion.
  • Previousexperience in critical care nursing or in a similar highacuityenvironment ispreferred.
  • Strongclinical assessment and critical thinking skills to respondeffectively toemergencies.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to engage with patientsfamilies and healthcareteams.
  • Certificationin Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) or similar credentialspreferred.
