BAYADA Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team This office services our adult and geriatric clients in territories throughout York, Chester, and Lancaster Counties.
We are presently hiring for a weekend visits position.

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territoriesPerform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and proceduresMonitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services ManagerFollow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' ordersPerform client assessments as necessaryCase management and coordinationAccurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tabletQualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
