The Role

Asset Management Associates will work as a member of a billing team providing Billing Services to designated office(s) of Andersen Tax. They must be organized, detail-oriented, analytical and able to leverage technology to provide high quality service to meet local office objectives.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, finalize, and distribute monthly invoices per Firm Billing policies, guidelines, and standard processes Prepare draft invoices, review and revise narratives per Firm standards, execute time/cost transfers, write-offs and other value adjustments; finalize invoices and ensure that invoices are delivered for payment (via e-mail or other methods as applicable); execute all Billing tasks per established standard processes Track outstanding and aged receivables and assist with follow-up as necessary Generate ad hoc reports efficiently, leveraging SAP solutions Collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-service line teams, including National Finance, Client Account and Office Administration

The Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred Keen attention to details and effective organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks with an attention to detail Strong problem solving and analytical skills Flexibility to work overtime and a reasonable shifting schedule as may be required
