Job Summary:
Intrepid Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Territory Sales representative in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with future ownership potential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and building strong relationships with clients.
This position offers a competitive salary between $75,000 to $150,000 per year, with weekly pay.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the designated territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales goals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively showcase the value of our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to make informed business decisions
- Represent Intrepid Marketing at industry events and conferences
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management
- Travel within the territory to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
