Seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible ENT Physician with general ENT practice but fellowships welcome. The ideal candidate will have an otology focus/interest and have concise and compassionate communication skills for the education of patients and families is ideal. Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State.
It is open to 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE.
Call will consist of 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday-Thursday block every 5 weeks).
There are consults at two hospitals with a very strong hospitalist program.
Clinic hours are 8-5, flexible scheduling possible to obtain 6.5-7 hours of scheduled patient care with 1 surgical day per week once practice is established. Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two.
