What’s Under the Hood

Bridgecrest, one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers, services roughly $15 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

Bridgecrest recently launched its newest affiliate GoFi. Established in 2022, GoFi is headquartered in Dallas, Texas with a mission to deliver a comprehensive, fully integrated auto finance product allowing the best brands to deliver the best customer experience. By implementing state of the art technology, we provide an off-the-shelf service to make integration with GoFi as seamless as possible.

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In long our Titles Coordinator is responsible for:

Ensure GoFi outstanding titles are appropriately worked. Partner with dealerships, vendors, and internal groups to investigate and resolve issues preventing lien placement. Foster relationships with dealer specialists to ensure dealer’s are appropriately responding to outstanding title requests. Effectively track outstanding titles to report up to dealer management leadership.

The Specifics.

High School degree required. 0-2 years of titles experience Knowledge of auto finance Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; Ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required. Prior auto lending experience preferred

Nice to Haves.

Experience working title management systems. Advanced Excel skills
