· Work from drawings, sketches, machine operation and maintenance manuals, work requests, and oral instructions.
· Perform diversified and somewhat difficult work including analytical troubleshooting and complex maintenance functions.
· Use a variety of precision instruments and considerable judgment in working effectively and efficiently in diagnosing, dismantling, repairing, lubricating and reassembling units.
· Using skills to work on general and technical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatic, pipe fitting, and general machining for items requiring a close tolerance.
· Rebuild and maintain primary roll forming, forming and ancillary equipment throughout the plant
· Periodically inspect conditions of the plant operating machines and equipment for preventative maintenance purposes.
· Detect Faulty operations and diagnose malfunctions and provide remedy.
· Maintain specific records of work performed, details of repairs and material usage. Knowledge of 5S/6S manufacturing.
