THE BASICS

YOUR DAY AS A SALON SERVICES TRAINING SPECIALIST

As a remote Salon Services Training Specialist with our beauty company, you begin your day by addressing employee inquiries and managing various administrative tasks. You engage with the team, generate essential reports and design training schedules for new-hire stylists.

Your responsibilities include training new hires on company policies and procedures and utilizing the most effective methods tailored to each audience. You evaluate their performance during the first 60 days and ensure the completion of the new hire checklist within 90 days. You identify areas needing additional training and improvement by gathering feedback from employees and management.

You inform employees about scheduled training sessions, meticulously track their progress, and manage training materials, equipment, and budgets. Developing new Salon Leader training programs and backfilling for Regional Leaders when necessary are also part of your role. Your efforts ensure our team remains well-trained, informed, and equipped to excel in their roles.


REQUIREMENTS FOR A SALON SERVICE TRAINING SPECIALIST

  • Cosmetology license
