Job Description
We are currently searching for a contract project professional to join our HR team We are currently recruiting for a Fractional On-Site HR Project Liaison, This individuals primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate strategic HR initiatives at our GreenPoint, Brooklyn facility as well as facilitate as-needed on-site Human Resources functions. As a fractional based role, this positions compensation will be structured per traditional contract guidelines and administered through our Corporate Contingency Workforce & Staffing Agency Partner. The individual selected will take direction and report directly to the Consulting Director of HR Strategy & Talent Acquisition. Additional direction will also come from the company President/C.E.O. The Successful Applicant must reside in a commutable distance to our Greenpoint - Brooklyn, NY facility.

This position will be solely responsible for boots-on-the-ground administration of a wide range of human resource functions including performance appraisal process management including PIP's and other corrective action plans, managing internal communications plans to promote human resource policies and programs, possess a thorough understanding of our corporate human resource information system, and the company’s performance management system, maintain an updated working knowledge of federal and state regulations to manage all annual compliance as well as providing on-site assisting with additional strategic HR initiatives as planned and identified by the corporate consulting HR lead.

Requirements
  • 5 years minimum (7 to 10 years preferred) field experience as a corporate HR Specialist
  • Previous experience inclusive of: Coordinating Human Resources administrative duties and addressing those needs within a corporate setting with specific experience in conflict resolution, basic understanding of and experience with the TA process including: Sourcing, Recruitment, Screening and Interviewing techniques.
  • Extensive skills using Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe PDF products and other cloud-based applications which support the creation, editing, digital signing and cloud-based storage and organization of sensitive documents.
  • Advanced organizational skills, Exceptional time-management, Ability to receive and maintain highly confidential & sensitive information as well as an Ability to communicate very effectively at cross-functionallevels across a corporate structure.
  • Knowledge and understanding of any enterprise ERP applications is preferred but not required.
  • An Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration with an HR focus is preferred, However cumulative college course work focusing on HR Administration will also be acceptable along with 5 years' field experience in a corporate HR setting.


BenefitsAs a fractional (ongoing contractual) role, this position will be an ongoing contractual opportunity. Compensation will be structured as a flat weekly salary based on a weekly schedule not to exceed a cap which will be set between 10 to 30 hours/week TBD. Hours for the week will not be a set schedule, but instead determined by necessity of HR projects requiring on-site administration. In most cases all efforts will be made to pre-plan scheduling for strategic projects, however, a certain level of availability with minimal notice (on-call) must be expected and accommodated regularly. The weekly salary will be based on an hourly rate which will be competitive and commensurate with experience and education. Standard benefit’s will be inclusive of Health Insurance, P.T.O. Allowance and other Elective Benefits, all of which will be administered and outlined by our Corporate Contingency Workforce & Staffing Agency Partner.
