Job Title: Construction Site Contracts Manager 4
Job Location: Mt. Pleasant, WI
Job Duration: 12 months of Contract on W2 (Chances for extension available)

Summary:
The main function of a Construction Site Contracts Manager is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.

Job Responsibilities:
" Implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
" Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
" Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
" Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
" Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
" Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

Skills:
" Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
" Ability to work independently and manage one s time.
" Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
" Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
" Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.

Education/Experience:
" High school diploma or GED required.
" Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
" 8 - 10 years experience required.

Candidate Requirements:
Years of experience required: 8+ years of experience with Construction Contracts Management (contractor furnished equipment documentation)
Degrees or certifications required: Associates degree is preferred but not required.
Disqualifiers: having to travel a long distance to the site (mount pleasant, Wisconsin).
Best vs. average: Experience with administrative duties, construction contracts experience, and construction background is what separates the best from an average candidate
Performance indicators: Quality of work and meeting deadlines.
Must be able to work with very the upmost quality and be pushy with people to get information

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 8+ years
2. Written & Oral Communication skills 8+ years of experience
