The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Sr.
Manager of Business Applications. In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between
Customer Care, Customer Success, Renewals, Marketing, and IT, supporting
Salesforce and related business applications through strategic customization and
configuration. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in a technical
environment as a Senior Business Analyst, with expertise in project scoping, process
documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Salesforce certification
(Administrator or higher), experience with automation, and third-party integrations
are essential for success


What You'll Do

Serve as the primary liaison between GTM teams like Rev Ops, Sales Op,
Renewals, Marketing Ops, and Customer Care.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to scope projects, define clear
    deliverables, and align technical resources on solution requirements and
    timelines.
  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams, guiding
    stakeholders toward best practices and ensuring solutions meet both
    functional and strategic business needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and functional
    specifications that support cross-team transparency and consistency,
    enhancing process efficiency across the organization.
  • Analyze business needs and identify improvement opportunities, translating
    high-level requirements into detailed, actionable specifications while
    considering cross-departmental dependencies.
  • Partner with development, design, and QA teams to validate and implement
    business requirements, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and aligned
    with documented use cases.
  • Support the technical team in configuring Salesforce and other systems as
    needed to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements and
    maintain solution integrity.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to guide business partners in adopting
    innovative solutions that align with evolving business needs.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst in a technical environment
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, having played a significant role in at
    least 4-5 Salesforce or platform integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes such as Lead Lifecycle, Quote-
    to-Cash, and Order Management for Direct, Indirect and Reseller Channels.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a high-tech environment,
    particularly in enterprise SaaS or B2B contexts.
  • Proficiency in CRM processes, including Marketing, Customer Success, and
    Sales.
  • Ability to create comprehensive test case scenarios, and plan and execute
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for large-scale projects.
  • Ability to build consensus across cross-functional stakeholders at various
    organizational levels, facilitating the delivery of scalable technology solutions.
  • Project management and process improvement skills, with expertise in
    creating comprehensive process documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at managing complex
    customer interactions, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including
    development, testing, deployment, and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, communicate effectively, solve complex
    problems creatively, and work collaboratively.
  • Salesforce.com certifications, such as Admin or Sales Cloud Consultant, are a
    plus.
  • Experience in supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities is a plus.
