Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Apply technical principles, theories and concepts to optimize and improve chemical plant operations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex operating issues through collaboration and teamwork. Actively support plant safety culture and continuously strive to improve plant safety. Manage multiple small to intermediate projects to resolve identified action items. Provide technical input and support for larger and more complex capital projects. Provide direction to entry level engineers and help to develop their engineering skill-sets.

Required Skills

5+ years of plant production, process, project engineering or related experience. Knowledge and capability to use advanced systematic and creative problem-solving tools. Ability to conduct briefings to senior management. Supervisory training and project management.

Education, Certifications & Licenses

Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
