Executive Director 
We are currently seeking an Executive Director to oversee the day to day operations of our 118 apartment Assisted Living.  This candidate will report to the President.  We provide a wide array of services to seniors and others including nursing, therapy, medical, social work, personal and homemaker services as well as a aquatic center on campus.  We have an Adult Day Care Center and also a Child Care Center for our employees.  The Villas of King David formerly known as Stone Gardens has excellent amenties and quality programming and care for our residents.  The Executive Director is responsible for the day to day operations of the facility which includes the following:

Survey Compliance

Agency Reduction/elimination and assisting with staffing

Overall management of the staff

Employee relationships and retention

Family and Resident relationships

Maintaining a census at or above budget

Customer Service

Regualtory Compliance
