Surveillance Agent

As a vital part of our security network, you'll be ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests, employees, and assets. You'll use your exceptional observation skills and knowledge of gaming regulations to deter theft, prevent cheating, and maintain compliance. 

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a sharp mind? Cherokee Casino Tahlequah is searching for a dedicated Surveillance Agent to join our growing security team. 

What You'll Do  

Actively monitor activity, identify suspicious behavior, and investigate potential issues.  Gain in-depth knowledge of gaming regulations, casino operations, and security best practices.  Collaborate with security, loss prevention, and other departments to keep the property safe.  Utilize advanced surveillance equipment and reporting systems to effectively monitor activity. 

You're a Perfect Fit If  

You have a keen eye for detail and can stay focused for long periods, never missing a beat.  You excel at written and verbal communication, ensuring clear and concise information flow.  You're comfortable with computers and common programs like Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).  You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working together towards a common goal.  You understand the importance of confidentiality and can maintain a sense of discretion. 

Requirements  

hours of college credit and completion of Composition or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  months of work experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience.  Possess a valid driver's license.  Have the ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
