The Opportunity 

Delaware North is hiring for a Finance Intern to join our team at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York for Fall 2024. As a Finance Intern, you will be a key member of the finance team, supporting the daily operations.

Delaware North internships are paid and can be completed for academic credit. The fall internship will span approximately 10-14 weeks. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience and make an impact in a global company.

$20.00 - $25.00 / hour

Responsibilities 

Prepare and analyze daily and weekly reporting for senior management Assist with the monthly forecast process and the annual plan process Perform financial and operational analysis as needed Work with the corporate finance team and senior leadership on any ad hoc requests

Learning Objectives:

Develop analytical skills through on-the-job experience  Gain technical knowledge in financial systems Develop communication skills by working daily with the finance and leadership teams Gain experience in the Hospitality industry

Qualifications 

Must be a current student in finance or accounting from an undergraduate or graduate degree program Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
