Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You will be responsible for creating and updating work schedules for our hourly production employees, based on volume forecasts and operational needs. You will analyze staffing levels and schedule patterns to optimize productivity and performance.
Work directly with Operations Management, and employees, to ensure that work schedules for all shifts on a daily horizon meet business demands while considering employee availability, skillset, certifications, and other factors. Using data to analyze and optimize the staffing levels of our production teams, including full-time fixed and part-time flex schedules, proposing solutions to fill any gaps or address any challenges. Collecting and organizing various data related to scheduling, such as open shifts, headcount, and associate availability and preferences. Communicating and collaborating with our production staff, supervisors, and Operations Management to understand their needs and expectations, and provide them with timely and accurate data and support. Supply labor reports to Operations Management and Local HRQualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
2+ years’experience in a data reporting and analysis role. Experience in Human Resources, time and attendance, or management a plus.
