Acts Acquisition & Development Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Renovations Project Manager position.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction, including but not limited to, apartment renovations, and interior and exterior construction projects. This will involve direct oversight of the apartment renovation process by coordinating work activities and oversight of subcontractors to ensure satisfactory delivery of assigned capital improvement projects. You will track progress against budget and performance milestones, prepare and deliver reports to management, as well as select, negotiate with, and manage activities of external consultants or vendors. Build and manage construction teams. Build and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Excell and Blue Beam use required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree is preferred 5-7 years' experience in construction management Knowledge of Building Codes and Safety Requirements (OSHA) Project Management certification (preferred) Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
