YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR KITCHEN MANAGER

As our Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee the kitchen's operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from breakfast through dinner. You'll manage and train a dedicated food service team of cooks, handle inventory, and come up with exciting new menu ideas. Your expertise in food costing and ordering ensures we're always prepared, while your leadership keeps everything running efficiently and our customers satisfied. Whether it's crafting our signature country fried steak or a decadent rocky road brownie sundae, you'll take pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen.


THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED

  • 3+ years of experience managing a full-service kitchen
  • Experience with food costing, inventory, and ordering
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a corporate kitchen

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, salaried position located in beautiful Sandy, Oregon. You'll typically work five days a week, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, ensuring you have a great work-life balance while contributing to the heart of our downtown community.
