Responsibilities
Be a team player Perform new-patient evaluations/exams Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care Completion of Level I Balance Re-trainer Certification (6 CEUs), paid for and provided by Fyzical Completion of Level II Balance Re-trainer Certification (15 CEUs), paid for and provided by Fyzical Within 18 months, enrollment in and substantial progress towards Level III Balance re-trainer Certification (15 CEUs), paid for and provided by Fyzical Understand and embrace FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers’s mission statement, values statement, and professional description.
