The Ideal Candidate Will:
Possess Litigation Experience: Bring a minimum of 2+ years of experience in litigation and be licensed in Oklahoma.
Eager to Learn: Demonstrate an eagerness and willingness to learn valuable courtroom skills and grow as a trial attorney.
Strong Communication Skills: Be confident in communicating directly with clients, while also being able to take direction and maintain a positive attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
Legal Document Management: Prepare and file legal documents in both state and federal courts, including e-filings.
Trial and Hearing Preparation: Assist in the preparation of trial and hearing documents in both state and federal courts.
Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of developing case law to ensure effective representation of clients.
Legal Research: Conduct research and preparation of memorandums to support case strategies.
Case Analysis: Provide case analysis and strategy regarding active matters, contributing to successful outcomes for our clients.
Document Control: Manage document control and data management in production and discovery processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
