We are seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide personalized and evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients across a diverse range of ages and conditions. As an OT, you will work closely with individuals to assess their needs, develop customized treatment plans, and implement interventions to enhance their functional independence and quality of life. Job Details:

  • Caseload: 20 - 25 students
  • 6hrs/week

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to identify functional limitations and determine individualized goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client-specific needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid state license or registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Previous experience working as an OT is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessment techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
