The Advance Group has partnered with an environmental company in Monroe, MI currently seeking experienced Welder/ Fabricators

Job Duties of Welders include:

  • MIG, TIG and Flux Core Welding in a heavy industrial environment
  • Metal grinding and Fabricating
  • Read blueprints and project plans

Requirements of Welders include:

  • Able to read various measuring devices
  • At least 3 years' experience in MIG, TIG and Flux core welding

Compensation for Welders:

  • Starting pay is $23-25hr based on experience

Hours for Welders:

  • 1st Shift: 6am-4:30pm
  • Must be available for occasional Saturdays. 5-6 hour shift when working Saturday.
